At Pennsylvania Castle Estate on Portland we looking to appoint a new Rental and Events Manager to drive the wedding and events side of our business. Within the Estate we have the Castle, a new luxury accommodation development called Clifftops, The Hayloft Café & Bar just next door and an assortment of neighbouring holiday accommodation. Our business is focussed on providing all our guests a luxury experience which includes bespoke guest services and the coordination of local activities and experiences.
The successful candidate will manage all rentals and events at the Castle along with adhoc events throughout the Estate.
We need you to have previous events experience and be keen to develop and grow our existing events business. As part of the management team you will manage your own event staff and commercials, and will be expected to be able to put together event proposals and quotes for high end clients and corporate enquiries.
You will join a small hard working team that understands the world of hospitality requires flexibility.
This is an exciting position for the right person so we are expecting an exceptional candidate with vision and commitment. On site accommodation may be available for the right person and they will be rewarded well, based on proven experience.
